Smart Load Distributors for Multi-Unit Residential Buildings

Control Units – Monitoring and Safety
The LSR control unit provides comprehensive supervision of the electrical network and intelligent coordination of connected EV charging stations. Through secure bidirectional communication, it distributes power based on available capacity and manages charging queues to ensure smooth and fair access for all users. In the event of an overload or power outage, the system automatically interrupts charging to protect the installation and maintain service continuity.
Designed to scale with your needs, the control unit can manage an unlimited number of charging stations through a modular and extensible architecture, making it suitable for both small buildings and large multi-unit complexes.

Monitoring Units – Measurement and Data Transmission
The UDS is dedicated to the continuous measurement of electrical parameters from a transformer, main circuit, or specific feeders (voltage, current, power, energy, power factor, etc.).
All measured data are time-stamped and transmitted in real time to the Control Unit (UDC) through secure bidirectional communication. The UDC then handles data analysis, dynamic load regulation, and, when necessary, issues shutdown commands or charging limitations to protect the electrical installation. This distributed architecture ensures reliable peak monitoring, early detection of overload conditions, and seamless integration into multi-unit residential infrastructures.
